A tune-up is routine maintenance. A separate repair is discussed and approved before additional work.

For diagnostic service calls; repairs are not included.

After 6:30 PM weekdays and weekends.

Tune-up questions.

Is a tune-up the same as a repair?

No. If a separate repair is found, RAF explains the finding and cost before work proceeds.

Does RAF replace the filter?

The filter can be replaced when the homeowner supplies the correct filter.

How many visits are in the Comfort Plan?

Two each year: one cooling-season tune-up and one heating-season tune-up.
