One seasonal visit for cooling and one for heating, scheduled around the needs of your equipment.
Plan members receive priority when appointment availability is limited.

Service information
Emergency and diagnostic charges cover the service call and diagnosis only. Repairs, parts, and materials are additional and require homeowner approval.

Applies after 6:30 PM on weekdays and to Saturday or Sunday emergency calls. Repairs are not included.
Online requests can be submitted anytime. RAF confirms the appointment window.
Findings, options, and additional costs are reviewed before repairs proceed.
