A practical checkup for your system.

A tune-up is designed to verify operation, address routine maintenance items, and give you a clearer picture of the system’s condition.

Clear terms before the visit.

Emergency and diagnostic charges cover the service call and diagnosis only. Repairs, parts, and materials are additional and require homeowner approval.

Regular diagnostic and service-call charge. Repairs are not included.

Emergency diagnostic$200

Applies after 6:30 PM on weekdays and to Saturday or Sunday emergency calls. Repairs are not included.

For qualifying installations. The written proposal controls scope, exclusions, and manufacturer terms.

Emergency response remains subject to technician and service-area availability. The diagnostic charge does not guarantee that a repair can be completed during the same visit.

Can I request service online?

Yes. The ServiceM8 request form lets you share the service needed and preferred scheduling information.

Is a tune-up the same as a repair?

No. A tune-up covers routine inspection and maintenance. If a failed component or separate repair is found, RAF explains the finding before additional work proceeds.

Is the Comfort Plan priced on this page?

No. Current plan details, covered equipment, repair-discount terms, and enrollment information are provided upon request.
